With our RoofPlan Proâ„¢ appointment, the Moss Boss Roofing co-founders will visit your property in-person to take detailed measurements, evaluate your roofing needs, and build a customized plan for replacement. You’ll receive a professional proposal that includes a full cost breakdown: materials, labor, and any third-party services. No fluff, no pressure, just facts you can build on.

What’s Included in a typical roof replacement?
- Complete tear-off & disposal. First, we remove your old roof and dispose of it responsibly.
- Expert shingle installation. Then, we install high-quality architectural shingles designed to last.
- Thorough job site cleanup. Afterward, we sweep, magnetize, and remove all debris—leaving your property cleaner than when we arrived.
- A friendly, respectful crew. Additionally, our team works safely and efficiently while treating your home with care.
- Owner-led communication. From start to finish, you’ll deal directly with one or both of the owners. Plus, one of us will be on-site daily to answer your questions.

✅STEP 3: Review Your Proposal
Within 24 hours, you’ll receive a professional proposal that outlines all labor, materials, and any third-party costs. In addition, we’ll include financing options if needed.
✅STEP 4: Secure Your Spot
Once you approve the proposal, we’ll collect a 50% deposit to cover materials and schedule your project.
✅ STEP 5: Final Walkthrough & Payment
Finally, after the work is completed, we’ll walk through the project with you to ensure it meets your expectations. Only when you’re 100% satisfied will the remaining 50% balance be due.
