For an asphalt shingle replacement, we can discuss Malarkey Highlander AR, Vista AR, Legacy Scotchgard, and Windsor Scotchgard options. Your proposal identifies the selected system and its applicable terms.
Moss Boss labor/workmanship coverage is separate from the manufacturer’s material warranty. The signed contract and current warranty document control coverage and exclusions.

These are system-specific labor terms, not blanket coverage for every roof issue. Ask us to walk through both warranties before you decide.
What affects the cost?
Roof area, steepness, layout, existing layers, access, decking condition, and your selected materials all affect the proposal. Interior living space alone is not the same as roof area.

Can you tell me whether repair is enough?
Yes. Start with an assessment so we can discuss the visible condition, the extent of the concern, and whether a focused repair is a reasonable option.
Is the initial assessment free?
Our RoofCare Check is free and includes a thorough roof inspection, photos, documented findings shared with you, and service recommendations. RoofProof Reports provide detailed photo documentation, likely causes, severity, and a professional opinion about specific issues. Reports start at $350, with final pricing based on scope and complexity. Compare inspection options.
How long will the project take?
Timing depends on roof size, complexity, access, weather, and any additional work discovered. We discuss the expected schedule for your project rather than promise one timeline for every home.
What if you find damaged decking?
The proposal should explain how additional work is evaluated and priced. Ask us how changes will be communicated and approved before the project starts.
What warranty comes with my roof?
The selected shingle system determines the Moss Boss labor term shown above. Manufacturer coverage is separate and has its own conditions. Your signed contract and warranty documents are the controlling records.
